Rheinland-Pfalz International Choir (RPIC)

Since 1986, this international mixed choir has been thrilling audiences with its wide-ranging repertoire. The music is as diverse as the choir's composition, which includes members from different countries and age groups: a colorful mix of classical choral pieces from the Renaissance to the Romantic period, modern chorales by contemporary composers, and songs from spiritual, swing, and pop genres are presented with great enthusiasm.

The Rheinpfalz newspaper concert review says:

"Whether it was the highly varied performance of sacred and secular choral music or the constant change of auditory impressions, instrumentation, styles, and unusual arrangements that amazed the audience, the choir, with its colorful mix of different nations, generations, and professions and no fewer than 50 vocalists, stands for new ideas and formats. Antiquated and ritualized performance styles are “yesterday's news” here, and not just during Advent."
